Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from AgeWellness (agewellness.com.au). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and, where applicable, include GST. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or stock unavailability); if we do, we will refund you in full promptly.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. We will let you know promptly if an item is delayed and offer a solution, including cancellation with a full refund if we cannot supply within a reasonable time.

Product information

Product descriptions are provided by manufacturers and checked for accuracy. Health-related products: always read the label and follow the directions for use. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
