Free shipping over $99

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99. Orders under $99 have a flat shipping fee of $9.95. The fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

We deliver right across Australia, including regional areas.

How long it takes

Most orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Standard delivery usually takes three to seven business days depending on where you are. Larger items such as wheelchairs, rollators and scooters are sent by courier and may take a little longer, and the courier will arrange a delivery time with you.

Large and heavy items

For bulky items we use couriers who can deliver to your door. If you need help getting an item inside or set up, tell us when you order and we will let you know what the courier can do in your area.
