How to buy with My Aged Care

Many of the products we sell can be bought using aged-care funding, including a Home Care Package or the new Support at Home program. Here is how it works in plain terms.

How aged-care funding works with us

Your aged-care provider manages your funding. Choose the items you need, then ask us for a quote by emailing team@agewellness.com.au. Give that quote to your provider. Depending on how your provider works, they either pay us directly and the cost comes out of your package, or you pay us and claim it back through your provider.

Support at Home

From late 2025, Support at Home replaces Home Care Packages for new arrangements. Under Support at Home your provider handles buying approved items, coordination and claiming through Services Australia. If you are on Support at Home, ask your provider to approve the items and we will invoice them the same way.

What we will need

Let us know the items you want and your provider's contact details, and we will prepare a clear quote your provider can approve. If you are not sure whether an item is covered, ask your provider or email us and we will point you in the right direction.
