How to buy with NDIS

AgeWellness welcomes NDIS participants. If you self-manage or plan-manage your funding, you can buy from us the same way you would from any online store, and we will give you a compliant tax invoice for your records.

Self-managed participants

Order the items you need and pay at checkout with your usual card. We email you a tax invoice. You then submit that invoice to the NDIA yourself to claim the funds back, in line with your plan.

Plan-managed participants

Choose the items you need and ask us for a quote or invoice made out to your plan manager. Email team@agewellness.com.au with your plan manager's details, or place your order and reply to your confirmation. We send the invoice to your plan manager, who pays us directly. You pay nothing at checkout.

Quotes for larger items

For items over $1,500, the NDIA usually asks for a quote before you buy, and sometimes two. If you need a quote for an item, email us at team@agewellness.com.au and we will prepare one the same business day where we can.

Good to know

We are not an NDIA-registered provider, so we cannot claim directly through the NDIS portal on your behalf. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can still buy from us in full. If your plan is agency (NDIA) managed, you will need a registered provider to claim your funding.
